Originally built in 1999 as a 102,000 sq. ft. light industrial build to suit, One Viper Way underwent its fist 60,771 sq. ft. expansion in May of 2003. The facility is now in the midst of a second expansion that will increase total square footage to about 200,000 sq. ft., and is scheduled to be complete by November 2006.
